Make a one-time gift or join a staff person’s monthly support team. FCA staff raise 100% of their salary and ministry expenses to do the work of the gospel in Washington, DC.
-
Goal: $36,000
Our desire is to give 60 scholarships to 60 different high school students. Each scholarship is $600 and provides a week of FCA Sports Camp on a college campus. Students are joined by over 400 other students from across the region, over 50 college athletes at camp counselors and dozens of qualified coaches.
-
Goal: $20,000
For Summer 2024, FCA DC plans to employ three college and four high school students. This summer program is a school of sports ministry and personal discipleship.
-
Goal: $10,000
Each month, we spend nearly $1,000 on pizza at college and high school huddle meetings. Supplying pizza is CRUCIAL to our gatherings. In college ministry, it is a helpful tool to invite your friends. In high school ministry, it could be the only meal a student is eating that day.
Each huddle meeting costs approximately $100.
-
Goal: $6,000
Each ministry that starts on a campus (high school or college) requires Bibles for our coaches and athletes. Just this October, a huddle ministry launched at Digital Pioneers Academy where over 100 students showed up. Within the week, we ordered 30 Bibles and 100 “FOUR” wristbands for sharing the gospel. An order like this costs $300.

Stock Gifts: A donor can give shares of stock as a charitable gift to FCA. FCA does not hold stock or try to speculate on the market. Stock gifts are sold right away. If the donor gives stock that has gone up in value or appreciated, then the gift takes that built-in capital gain with it, which is an income tax benefit to the donor. Generally, donors should make such gifts with their appreciated, lower basis stock. This type of gift provides leverage to increase the tax benefits to the donor compared to a gift of cash. If interested, email Jolee at jpaden@fca.org.
DAF: Plenty of donors designate their giving to FCA DC (Org 1036000).
TLA Program: The Tom Landry Associates is a program named in honor of Coach Landry to recognize and distinguish FCA’s major donors who also are living a legacy of impact for generations to come through generously investing in FCA’s vision.
Annual Giving Levels:
Tom Landry Teammate – $10,000
Tom Landry Captain – $25,000
